Is there a Web version?

Yes, our education focused version of Hello Literature is powered by Humy’s web platform.

How do I share AIs with Students?

You can share AIs by simply copying and sending a web link or by inviting students to the platform.

Do students need to create an account to use the AI?

You can share AI chats through a simple web link, which does not require students to have an account.

How do messages or “credits” work?

Credits measure AI usage. In GPT-3.5, one message consumes one credit and covers 750 words. In GPT-4o, which is more advanced and uses 15 times more data, each message consumes 15 credits and handles 50 words.

What AI historical figures do you have?

We have an extensive list of over 400 historical figures available and we’re constantly working on adding more collections that are tailored for study curriculums. It is also possible to create your own and our team is happy to help if needed.

I want to introduce my school’s admin to Humy. How do I make the introduction?

We’d love to connect with your school’s admin. Just fill out this form with your admin’s information and a Sales representative will reach out to schedule a demonstration so your admin can see Hello History in action. Make sure you have your admin’s permission to do this.

What forms of payment does Humy accept?

We accept all standard payment methods including purchase orders, credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

Can I request reimbursement from my school for my classroom license?

We are able to provide you with an invoice after the purchase is made so that you can request your employer to reimburse you for the cost of your individual license.

Will Humy fill out special paperwork to register as a vendor in my district or state?

Yes, we are happy to submit vendor paperwork. Please reach out to sophie@hellohistory.ai to submit.

Can I share my humy account with others in my department?

Yes, you can onboard multiple teachers under one account. However, for a more tailored experience and optimal use of the platform, we recommend that each teacher have their own individual account. During the onboarding process, we'll work closely with your school to configure the best setup for your specific needs.

Can I access a copy of Humy’s W9 form?

Yes, it’s attached on this webpage or you can also email sophie@hellohistory.ai to have it sent to your inbox.

What is your privacy policy for student data?

We don’t require any personal information from students. Additionally, we are fully GDPR compliant and can provide Data Processing and Protection Agreements (DPPA) upon request to ensure the highest level of data security and compliance.

Do you offer pilot trials?

Yes, we offer 2-week pilot programs. To get yours set up, please contact us.

Does Hello Literature work on Chromebooks?

Yes, it’s possible to download the Hello Literature app on the Google Play store for Chromebooks, and we also offer a Web version through our parent company Humy.
